Our client is a well-established Freight forwarding company providing Freight, Transport and Distribution services to Northern and Southern Ireland.
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Internal Sales and General Administration, with a focus on supporting the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Internal Sales:
oCultivate relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities for business growth.
oRespond to inquiries, provide product information, and prepare quotations for potential clients.
oCollaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
2.General Administration:
oManage the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
oHandle correspondence, both internal and external, in a professional and timely manner.
oAssist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Freight, Transport, Distribution experience
Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Salary and Benefits:
£25,000 to £30,000 circa
Commission/Bonus
